A perfectly pleasant stay at a clean and spacious property in a quiet setting. The receiption staff were extremely helpful upon my arrival at the property. They were very friendly and their instructions were very clear. The setting was also very nice with plenty of parking space. I didn't encounter any problems whatsoever during my stay.

I have just had a gorgeous bubbly spa break at The Bridge Hotel and Spa with family. There are lots of different areas within the hotel to spend time relaxing. The spa team were so attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. This deal was exceptional value for money and I told highly recommend it.

Superb lunch for 60 people. Excellent organisation from start to finish meaning everything ran so smoothly. Top quality food that everyone enjoyed. Received so many positive comments from guests. Looking forward to our next lunch in January!

Bought a discount voucher for a 2 course meal and 3 hr spa session, for what we paid (£29 each) it was fine; however would not have been happy if we had paid full price. The meal was enjoyable however the spa facilities were lacking and pretty run down. The outdoor hot tubs were extremely dirty with lots of scum floating around the edges, in the spa there were a couple of facilities out of order, and broken tiles, chipped paint and exposed plaster throughout. We did not stay for the full 3 hours as there simply was not enough in there. Staff were lovely and very friendly but facilities were a let down

We’ve enjoyed returning for another one night stay. Lovely looking hotel in a great location with plenty car parking space. Friendly staff. We stayed in the Wetherby room which was well furnished and usefully a fan. One complaint that the pillows were “hard as bricks” ! Please provide something softer. Well appointed spacious bathroom but the shower could do with a handrail and the mirror light didn’t work. Good quality toiletries. Dinner and breakfast both good. Overall a nice place to which we will return and hopefully next time have an opportunity to walk round the local area. Jim & Jan

Me and my friend booked a spa overnight break. I had a massage with Molly which was amazing. The facilities of the rest of the spa were wonderful and we really enjoyed our afternoon. The evening meal was included in our package. I upgraded to have the steak and this too was really good. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Would definitely return here when I’m looking for another spa break

Took my mum for a 3-hour spa treat for her 85th birthday. Mia was our guide in the spa and was lovely and helpful. The package included a glass of Prosecco, use of the facilities - two saunas, steam room, outdoor hot tub, foot bath with foot salts - a mini treatment each (I had an Indian head massage and my mum had an express facial - her skin looked glowing afterwards!) - and a sumptuous afternoon tea. We were able to take advantage of the full 3 hours in the spa area, and then have our tea in the bar afterwards, with no rush. Mike, the barman, was fabulous and gave my mum a glass of strawberry champagne, on the house! The only thing was that the cold shower wasn't working, which would have been great between sauna sessions, but at least the ice bucket was there for a cool down. We went on a Monday which was a great bargain, compared to going at the weekend, and it was lovely and quiet, with just a few other couples there. Overall, I would highly recommend this spa for a relaxing half day - for mother and daughter, a couple or good friends. The hotel looks fabulous too and is set just outside Wetherby town centre with plenty of parking.
